Mode of transport
We use a variety of courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Common couriers include but are not limited to:

– UPS
– USPS
Shipping costs
The actual shipping cost will be calculated based on your order total and the shipping method selected, and will be displayed during checkout. We have partnerships with couriers and are therefore able to offer preferential shipping rates.
Processing time
All orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, order processing time may extend to 1-3 business days.
Delivery time
Shipping time depends on the courier service you choose and the destination. Generally:
– Domestic orders: 1-5 working days
– International orders: 7-21 working days (depending on the destination)
Address Change
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Incorrect addresses may result in an additional $13.50 address change fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email a tracking number, which you can use to check the shipping status of your order at any time.
Shipping Insurance
We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for high-value orders to protect against loss or damage during shipping.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
